In this pivotal role, the Development Lead works closely with and leads team members in creating and customizing solutions to meet customer technology needs.  The Development Lead owns the solution software architecture from conception to implementation, as well as the technical effort estimations for work assigned to their team.

As a SDET here at Flooid, you will be a key contributor to our test automation efforts, specialising in the development of automated test frameworks and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role involves collaborating closely with development and quality assurance teams to implement robust testing solutions, promote test automation best practices, and integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines.
